Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox is a Scottish native singer. Her birth date was 25 December 1954 in Aberdeen. Dorothy Farquharson was her mother, while Thomas Allison Lennox was her father. Lennox was a student for three year at the Royal Academy of Music London in 1970s, was accepted. She managed to make it with the stipend she received from her students as she worked part-time. Lennox was not happy with the quality of her abilities compared to others at Royal Academy and began looking for alternative paths. Lennox was a part of a group known as Dragons Playground as the flute player in 1976. The band did not appear on the competition for talent New Faces on I.T.V. She was the vocalist in The Tourists a British pop group from 1977 until 1980. In this band, she made friends with Dave Stewart and together they created their duo Eurythmics. Lennox then began to work on her solo debut album Diva, which was released in 1992. The album was an enormous critical and commercial success. Nostalgia Lennoxs six-album solo that was released in October 2014 included Nostalgia Lennox. The C.D. The C.D. comprises Lennox's most loved soul, jazz and blues songs from her youth. Lepidoptera, a collection four piano improvisations was published by Lennox in the month of May, 2019. The E.P. The E.P. is her debut solo album, and is a sequel to an art installation she designed at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art called Now I Let You go...
